I have enjoyed the app so far and it is easy to use and see all the knives they offer

The app keeps saying I need to update and then when I click on the update, it’s not there it keeps going back-and-forth back-and-forth

I’m surprised a company like Viper Tec has an app that is so ridiculously bad. I downloaded the app, and upon opening it, there is a pop up message saying there is an updated version of the app to download, with a button that says, “update.” Tap on the update button and you’re taken to the App Store to download the exact same app. The only button option in the App Store is the familiar “open” button, indicating you’ve already downloaded the app. But you tap the open button anyway, because why not? The app opens and guess what comes next? A pop up message saying there is an updated version of the app to download, with a button that says, “update.” I’ll give you one guess what happens if you tap that “update” button. If you guessed the same process I just outlined then you win a prize. At least remove it from the App Store. Or give a new message that pops up. I was really hopeful and am really disappointed. Obviously, Viper Tec makes incredible knives and not apps. But in this day and age, the app says a lot about how a company sees its customers. Please do better.

App is, shall I say, limited at the moment. Recent inventory is wanting.

I down loaded the app from the App Store and no matter what you do, it says update. When the initial information was it was already updated. This is ridiculous! Just a circle of nothing!!

App asks to update but no update is available. Looks really bad for a company that wants you to buy their product because of its dependability but can’t fix an application which promotes its brand. Love the knives, hate the app
