Slow delivery and horrible service
I placed my order at least 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my item as it is stuck in “custom clearance” since two weeks ago and when I asked their agent last week it was said to take 2-3 more days and wow I still have yet to receive my order. Honestly being a first time user on this app I think you are better off getting your items else where and I don’t think the reviews about this app are trustworthy either. Overall a super bad experience on this app and I will never purchase from them again.

I purchased Nike Jordan shoe the discription they write 100 perce authentic but when I received the item shoe is very cheap quality and not genuine quality so guy when ever you purchase the item with this be careful this app is not genuine and refund policy also very slow
Reebok deals!
I gotten 2 pairs of Reebok, a sneakers and a trainer. Very satisfied with its authenticity and quality. Wore to workout and people started asking me where I have gotten them. Thanks for the deals! Love them both.

I’m sure some of their products are inauthentic. Not sure about the others. I think they might be unsure about their own product authenticity as they got it from random suppliers. Buy at your own risk.
Lack of filter options
Appreciate if app can provide more filter options. Especially for shoes, most of my sizes are sold out or not available. If I can search for shoes that are available in my size, it will cut out a lot of unnecessary browsing time and make shopping easier. Same apply to make up, eg. Nude, pink, red. Or eyeliner/mascara eg. Black or brown.
Drains phone battery
Drains insane amount of battery. My phone battery died very fast after installing this app (100% to 0%), within 12h, even though I never really use my phone. After uninstalling this app, my phone only drop 5% after 10h (little usage).
