When you pause an episode it won’t unpause , then you need to refresh and watch 12 ads to get back to that point ,I’m apauled that you get 1 star from me

Yea the app is overloaded with add, but this is a free streaming service not one like Netflix or Disney plus that costs money , the app has the same amount of ads as all tv channels and I don’t see the problem with them if you get all the same content as is on the channel. I don’t find it too buggy either

Downloaded the app to watch a specific program on catch up, found it no problem. Had to sit through 2 mins of unskippable ads which were stuttering (can’t imagine your advertisers would be happy to hear that). Then after sitting through the 2 minutes of ads the wrong show was playing, it was 4 minutes of who wants to be a millionaire 🙃 I don’t even know how you design your app so poorly that it plays the wrong content. Needless to say I just deleted the app and will forgo watching anything on virgin media.

Will show connecting symbol to chromecast but will never actually connect

When it works it’s great, but I always have issues playing episodes or casting episodes. Sometimes it restarts the episode or just won’t play it at all, and sometimes if I close out of the app when casting is stops casting

Soaps are not playing full so your missing half the show. I’m not happy with this it needs to be fixed

Hi, I’ve just downloaded the app. I used to use the browser but I found it irritating because I could never remember the episode number I was on, and if I left halfway through an episode I couldn’t remember at what minute I left off. Also, when trying to find where I left off I would have to watch 7 ads every time I moved the time point . I thought the app would be better and would tell me what I’ve already watched and where I left off, but it doesn’t. It just very irritating, and I end up spending more time watching ads than whatever I’m trying to watch. Can you please update this app to incorporate this feature, it would significantly improve the app. Also, according to the other reviews written on the App Store, I’m not the only one who would like this update. Thanks!

9/9 ads loaded, no way past. Joke. Complete waste of time. Avoid.

An absolute joke of an app! Constant adds over 5 minutes a go. If you choose to skip the programme you have the rewatch all the adds again. Constant buffering, even with good internet connections. It takes over 2 hours to watch a 1 hour programme with the adds and buffering. I would never ever recommend this app unless you have the patience of a saint!

App only plays half the program and then disconnects.
