Virgin Mobile App crashes
Since yesterday i.e. 21-02-2024 evening, the app crashes immediately upon sign-in. I tried the following yet nothing effective - update my ios - remove virgin app and reinstall - checked mobile memory for sufficient operations Moreover upon calling helpline 156, the agent asked me to send a screen shot… how is that possible when thr app just crashes upon click

Bought an e-sim for one month and didn’t work at all. What a waste of money

They don’t have any branches to visit to deal with any issues. SIM card got cancelled yet was still suppose to be valid
