Been at the gym a few weeks now and I can’t fault it , the staff are amazing keeping the gym clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful and hard working. I have been to many gyms over the years and this is the best gym I have joined . Thank you Andrew Clark
Just keep getting alerts for no reason. Otherwise fairly useless app.
The app does most things well. Except when a class is booked and I’m on a waiting list it doesn’t send my phone a proper notification there’s a slot free. I have to open the app go to the in app Notification Centre where I find several notifications that slots have become free but because I never got actual notifications on my phone I miss every available slot. This is a huge problem for me and many others. My gym said to contact Virtua gym. They didn’t want to know and rather rudely told me to speak to my gym. As if the PT’s are software developers 🤷♂️ This bug remains unfixed. Not sure if it’s an iOS problem. Just fed up to the point I’m going to ignore the app and just turn up to classes and say that I booked.
This system is not designed for Personal Trainers despite the fact they sell it as so. The functionality is basic and not on parr with much cheaper alternatives that are readily available and also do not sign you into a 12 month contract!! I was told it had the ability to communicate with clients as well the ability to add recipes, neither of which it did. I even had recordings of the functionality I was told it had, that it did not have, but still could not get out of the 12 month contract. If you really have a complaint you can’t get past customer service/sales team to anyone that will actually help. A total waste of money.
Very useful and convenient app. Can book my classes anywhere anytime.
Still working my way through the navigation which seems a little confusing but hopefully will be up to speed soon. Will revisit score in a couple of weeks
Recently moved to Corfu from the UK and spent a morning checking out all the gyms in Corfu Town. One gym turned me away as I was a foreigner 😡 All the staff her are very helpful and offer good training advice. Lots of equipment and a very useful booking system. Looking forward to my first small group training session on Saturday. Thanks for making a foreigner feel welcome 100%
Upon opening our first ever business which is a boxing circuit training gym we needed a platform to manage memberships professionally and act as a POS system. From the first contact the team were professional and supportive. We were given a full tour via zoom and were shown the whole system which was very helpful. It was what we were looking for and more!! It has excellent analytical tools, member engagement tools like mobile apps with chat options etc, website integration as well as the core requirements. There were numerous training sessions which were super helpful and following the on boarding completion the support has continued. There is a chat service to be able to gain speedy support. The whole team were excellent but Jan in particular is a real superstar and couldn’t recommend them more for gyms, personal trainers, fitness suites etc.
Please please please app developers work on getting this more accessible with voice-over. As a blind person I can see that this has a lot of promise and could be of great use to me, that there are so many “buttons “ that’s gives me absolutely no clue as to what they mean. Linked with the food diary app the combination for sighted users I would imagine is excellent. But for now, as a blind user, this particular app is pretty hard work. Blind people want to get fit too, so come on, sort it out!
I love this app really helped me to lose weight and become more active but for some reason since the recent update it doesn’t connect to my apple health any more so my steps aren’t counted. It was fine before the update but suddenly just stopped working.
