You trust this company and purchase a phone number for $12, which with tax comes to $13. Remember, there is no refund policy. After buying, when you get the number, it says that this number is not registered as an American, Canadian, or any other country's number and cannot be used for WhatsApp. Then you email them, but they do not respond. You ask for support, but there is none. I believe this company is fraudulent and trying to extort money. Whether right or wrong, you cannot communicate with them and receive no service. You only pay the money and get nothing in return.

They claim in the app store that a virtual number is $4.99, but they actually charge you $11.99 instead. They also say they will give you a discount is you leave a review BEFORE you try the app. Of course, that was a lie too.

I purchased a (Dominican) number back in early December 2023 and everything was working fine. Today when I tried to open WhatsApp Business, it notified me that I no longer owned the number and someone else was using it! This has caused me tons of problems and I have sent an email to support without any response or responsibility on the issue! I paid for a number and they turned around and took it from me and resold it! This is NOT GOOD BUSINESS!
