I cannot purchase anything

Why is this game keep crashing every time I get in my car? Like what is going on here, it’s not cool to be playing and it just keeps crashing on you like that. What y’all going to do about it?
Chat is not kid appropriate
My 13 year old described some trustworthy adults playing that helped her report and avoid those who were being inappropriate, but if that skill is needed the age rating is incorrect. She described chat limitations but also was able to make plans to meet up with someone playing. Anything where you chat with strangers is not for ages 4+
Cannot catch a duck - freezes
One of the first tasks is to become a vet and you have to collect a duck, chicken and rabbit. When you try to collect the duck the game crashes each time.

Ok this game is so good like you can do everything you can build a house, have a job, drive, and you can play online 👍 me and my sisters have been looking for a game like this forever….like our whole life 😂 and foxie is the one to make it anyways I definitely recommend this game for everyone Ty foxie I love all of your games! 😁
