Wonderful App
I was caught off guard when I put my headphones on and used the app. Never thought an app could reproduce real life sound like this does. Take 5 minutes to try it and you will be like me showing your friends the app and see the reaction.
This is exactly what all plug-in makers have failed to make thus far. I don't understand why no one has yet made anything to model real acoustic spaces with binaural modeling. It's usually binaural with faked space via standard reverb model that has nothing to do with an actual real space. Please turn this into a plugin on iOS and Mac OS!
I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt it necessary in this case. This is an amazing, well made app that really does give you the sense of the directional acoustics of being in a room with regards to its sound samples. Remember to use headphones. Very impressed. Hope to see more by the creator. Well done.
I would definitely recommend this app. Just add custom music from iTunes library. Nice app!!
I would give this five stars if it had an update with These things: • more sounds and noises • the ability to play our own music • the ability to put things in the room as to block music ( that would make it more entertaining.)
Amazingly cool demo. I suspect this is all it ever will be, which is a shame - id pay a couple bucks to be able to use my headphones.
This is so legit. You should allow us to use custom music from our library. It makes you feel like you are in the virtual room
What this app offers: The Virtual experience to hear sounds as if you are in the room. Ok, perhaps there's no much use for this other than that, but I can see this technology productively used for other projects. What I got: AMAZING experience. Using the headphones, not only do you feel you are in the room, but it sounds as if the sound is literally coming from the corner of the room, or wherever you place the four speakers. I always wondered how, while listening to music in headphones, different instruments seemed to come from different positions. Perhaps they use something similar to this to test it out and make those virtual effects? My conclusion: This app is free and it does what it says. I think the experience it offers is more than worth it, specially for audiophiles (sorry spelling may be wrong). I would love an app like this, with the addition that I could create virtual sounds or music, even if just for relaxation.
