Service Good - App is ridiculous

While I really like your e-sim service with competitive prices in many regions, your app is horrible. Loading times are inadequate, many menu items hidden deeply, no sidebar, no quick access, monthly renewals very hard to cancel etc. Please fix that.

I hate it

The app is intentionally complicated and tricking you into a subscription, which is really hard to get rid of. I had to reset my password multiple times in order to delete my account. This is intentionally toxic. There is no way to manage the account on the web, only in the app. I don’t even get an email confirmation for deleting my account. Stay away from it.

disappointed

They promise you 1 GB free data if you vote for them. Never received the credit. Poor. Also not reliable in some countries. Had problems in Singapore and the USA.
