The app is very busy and it doesn’t cover all areas they manage

I had to download this app as where I live is now permit parking only. It works ok but very annoying you can’t save peoples car reg/name, rather than having to put it in every time. It would also be good if there was a way to set a reminder to end the session as I’m quite a forgetful person, so having a notification option at maybe 30 min intervals would be a really good idea, as I’m sure people would’ve forgotten to end their sessions like I almost did yesterday!

If you want to park in one of the car parks covered by this app you have to: Have a utility bill on hand. Have your passport or driver’s licence on hand. Spend time filling in an onboarding form that doesn’t work - your address is unhelpfully pre filled in with car park addresses, so unless you live in a car park tough. At this point I gave up. Utter shambles. Number plate recognition does work and you will get a fine in the post. There’s a 30p booking fee. No Apple Pay so you need a physical card. I can’t stress too much that a couple of pound coins was all you needed for parking.

I rarely write reviews but I have to say I did everything as instructed just to find I still can’t log in. Called support and they ask you to send an email to another team but can’t tell when you’ll hear back. Been 8 days since I registered, it shouldn’t be this difficult or inconvenient to get into the app.

Great app if you follow the simple instructions. Won’t work if you don’t have it available where you live.

Useless company, awful app

Been waiting for a OTP CODE all now nothing!!! Not really a good app issit!

I tried numerous times - don’t ask, too many! - to register on this APP. Each time I pressed ‘OPEN’ a non - operable ‘sticky’ page appeared, entitled ‘What documents are accepted’ ‘You will need....etc. Proof of I. D..... below which there is a green box with ‘OK’ in white. Clicking on this does nothing. There is no exit from this page. I worry for PCM, the parking management company who employ this faulty App. Mind boggling lay bad. Gadge.

Not actually a good product and abysmal service from this company ! Keeps just deleting my account as ‘incorrect credentials used’ but no email or contact to inform as to why this is happening !!! And no confirmation emails of receiving details sent via the app !!!
