Virtuosity™ uses science-based approach to assessing and developing character. It places an emphasis on the interconnected set of behaviors to strengthen a habit of judgment and decision-making. Our program shows you how your strengths may operate as vices without the needed support of other behaviors. For example, courage unsupported by humility and temperance may turn into reckless behavior. Compassion and determination can both lead to burnout without adequate support from other character behaviors that provide the judgment to regulate them.

How it works:
