For days I’ve been trying to figure out how I am going to track my Long Covid PEM with all the contributing factors. I’ll still fill in my notebook, but this app will make a huge aspect of this situation a lot easier to track and to see how I am (hopefully) improving. Thanks so much for creating this app !!
Brilliant app - hrv correlates with fatigue so this helps me plan my day - I’m usually ok first thing but I often run out of steam by lunchtime or before. If I get a low score I can pre-empt this by building in rest. Looking forward to building a data set so I can see longer term trends. I’ve had ME since 2014 and I’ve got steadily worse because i wasn’t taking it seriously enough. I think the best thing about it is that it helps me to feel visible - ME people are used to being ignored by the very people who could help us. And it looks the biz too. Thanks guys!
