This will not run on IOS 18.1.1. Please update the app we have invested a large amount of money in your equipment and it’s on fare.

I cannot get the app to open and the one time it did open I could not get it to sync with my phone the app needs a update or something .
I’ve been kicked out by the app won’t let me log back in even with my correct email and password
I tried to contact them I’ve waited more then 24hours no help what’s so ever it was a struggle to connect and once connected the live image of the drone wouldn't pair with my phone even video and photos where properly working and taken but no live video I then decided to log out and log back in and I kept getting a message request failed as well as not being able to register and receive a code again …..

What a terrible piece of software…
As far as I can tell, it’s impossible to create an account and login online using the app on an iPhone12.
I have an issue
I was using my Power Ray for the first time and the camera would not show on my phone. And the VR mode didn’t activate when I selected the VR mode. This app needs a lot of revisions, because of this, I can’t use my $800 Power Ray in the way it is intended.
Needs an update for iOS 14
This software makes it very unsafe to fly the PowerEgg . There are many glitches . Return to home does not work , it locks up the app on an iPad mini gen 5 with iOS 14.2 . Needs to have a dedicated iPad app or at least tweak the app to function properly on iPad .
