Their app doesn’t work. Their velocity debit card doesn’t work the first office visit the receptionist forgot I was there and waited in reception area for 2 hours first visit was told it would be 2 hours but it ended up being 5.5 hours
The app is not working properly when I attempt to update or input my data. I constantly get an internal error message from the app every time
I am going to enjoy this study. Every staff member and the doctor are kind, patient and helpful. Most of the medical personnel I have dealt with in the past have not been this nice and I was paying them!

Looking at reviews I see folks rating the Velocity staff rather than this app. Yes, those folks are good and work hard. This app is a whole different story. It wants to know which medicines I am taking. Valid considering what they do. I have that in a list on my phone. When I navigate to my list to see the next medicine and its dosage and then come back to this app, it resets to the top of the medicine list each time. Repeatedly. Medicine list is incomplete and will remain incomplete until they fix this. When you have ANY contact with a person on their staff the app will nag incessantly for you to “review” your interactions. Every time. Again and again and again. It only stops when you have contact with them again so it can start nagging you about the most recent contact. I had two nags about the same visit pop up in the time I wrote this review. I will probably not do another study with this company. That has nothing to do with the staff and everything to do with this required app.
This was my second time participating and I highly recommend that others do the same. It is a truly easy way to help the advancement of medicine, give the bird to vaccine deniers and even get a little spending money to boot. It makes this senior citizen feel good inside too. And the staff could not be nicer.
