It has 5 stars because, when it's working, it's excellent. But at the moment it's force closing within 5 seconds of opening the app. Please sort.

The prices for tickets in this app cost more than what it costs on the actual universal resort website smh. I thought there were supposed to be discounts and I live in Florida.

This app is really buggy and it doesn’t have any content that couldn’t 100% be a website.

Horrible app may as well be called kiosk on 192 pushing tickets through their portal to the big three Orlando is so much more than theme parks visit orlando hosts magical dining and not a peep on the app! Horrible representation of our city.

To sign up you have to agree to “emails updates and special offers” so until you do you can’t even open the app. I’m sure Special offers is them selling your info so expect lots more junk mail. Reading other reviews it’s not worth it, never seen something where you HAVE to check the accepting special offers just to sign in.

Just a link to their website and it’s not even 100% mobile friendly. Signed up for a new account but never received an email and couldn’t login. Tried to sign up for another account but received an “invalid action” error message.
