I've not seen another city with an app this comprehensive and useful. Offers, directions, events.
Terrible
Can’t even register or login as guest user. Eurovision advertising around the city is suggesting visitors use this app. Doesn’t give a good impression.
Just a magazine to flip through
Doesn’t actually allow you to see where and what time things are happening. For an official app I would expect more - this is actually worse than just going through the website.

Could not even get as far as opening this due to errors.
