Description

Visitor Aware is a visitor management application that improves security protocols as well as the overall time needed to check visitors in and out of privileged access locations such as schools, offices, and assisted living facilities with no receptionist required!
IMMEDIATE SIGN IN
Government issued identification cards and photos are captured in real-time (no additional hardware required), ensuring that staff have the most up-to-date visitor information and can immediately identify visitors.
Repeat visitors may simply check in by indicating their destination and taking a photo of themselves, our system takes care of the matching and identification.
IDENTIFICATION BADGES
Visitor badges can be automatically printed at successful check in in order to provide staff immediate identification of visitors as well as their intended destination.
STUDENT/RESIDENT SIGN OUT
Visitor Aware can also be used to check residents and/or students out of locations through the "Sign Out" feature; ensuring that all relevant information is collected and that students/residents are accounted for, and securely tracked.
WEB MANAGED
The application software works in conjunction with the web dashboard to compile a logbook of all relevant visitor information including dates, times, and destinations. Visitors may be also assigned to customized visitor types for faster filtering and searching.
VISITOR SCREENING
If enabled through the web dashboard, visitors can automatically be screened at check in with national sex offender registries (US Only), as well as US and International watchlists. Matches on screening lists prompt the visitor to contact a staff member, and automatically notify office personnel of potential threats immediately via SMS and Email notifications.
WATCHLISTS AND BANNED VISITORS
Unwanted visitors may be manually banned, and attempts to check in automatically notify office personnel of an access attempt immediately.

Visitor Aware Reviews

Amazing security app

jbydlak on

This app is one of the best visitor management tools out there for schools and offices. It’s very simple to use, the security features are incredibly robust, and there’s always new functionality being added. But the best part is the price. Unlike competitors, Visitor Aware doesn’t require any proprietary hardware, which makes its cost much, much lower. It also makes VA so much more flexible because you can just use iPads or tablets you already own instead of having to replace scanners every few years when ID technology changes. Can’t recommend Visitor Aware more highly.
