I use it to remember where I was and what I was doing yesterday or July 14th 2021. I use it to keep a location based journal.

Visits Journal is a new journal app that lets you write about your day along with the places you've been.
The daily journal shows you all the photos you've taken along with the places you’ve been during the day. This can help you jump-start your thoughts to get you journaling. You can write about your day, the places you visit, restaurants and bars, shops, treks and all your travels in one place.
Add life to your journal entries with text formatting options like title, heading, bold, italic, underline, etc. With emoji, text colors and a highlighter you can express yourself in a fun and colorful way.
With "Automatic Visit Tracking" you don't have to spend time manually adding visits. The travel map shows you all the places you've been and how often you went there.
With support for the iPad you can see more of your places on the map and use a full keyboard to write your journal entries. iCloud support then means that your data will remain synced across all your devices.

The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.

Since i have updated my phone, this app is completely useless and out of service. i cannot even open the app. very frustrating and i hope it will be fixed soon.
Tracking how much time I am sites
I am a regional manager and I arrive and Go in and talk to managers and help as much as I can. Sometimes I am quickly adjusting schedule and fielding calls from other locations on issues. The day can be blur and I try to stay focused on staff and facility. So at the end of the month when I look back and realize I did not keep tabs on where I was a s well as I should. Visits gives me a way to track my “visits “!
Was good.
Stopped working a month ago. Did everything they said to do. Got every privacy and location service turned on.
Runs in background
I use Visits Journal in the background, unlike some who use it to document travel on the job. For my purposes, it is great, especially when I want to remember where I have visited over the weeks (and years). It is not always completely accurate, ie, it might show the location as across the intersection from my actual location. But, it is easy enough to figure out where I was, and that is a good trade off to avoid draining my battery as do some GPS apps. Thank you for creating this app.
My history is gone
Why my history is not appeared, so I cannot track my last year traveling, please fix it
Amazing, BUT....
I need the option to reset my tracking to zero places and start over. Is there a way that's already available which I don't know of?
Only works sometimes
I have been using this app for Avery long time I am very disappointed because I wanted it to track all the places I traveled for my job. Since I travel around the world or did before covid! On Monday morning I drive to a particular location opened the app - hoping it would document my location. It did not. As a matter of fact it has not documented any place I have been since May 30. I have very disappointed in the app and it’s consistent inconsistencies. I wish you all would fix it! This is the 2nd time I have written to you. You said you would fix it..guess you don’t know how
Unique and Essential
Visits is the only app that effortlessly keeps track of where I’ve been using a completely native iOS interface while absolutely respecting my privacy. And the developers are highly responsive. Seeing my “visits” mapped out over time compels me to get out there and travel more! Highly recommend!

By far one of the best apps, if you track you’re arrival and departure times for payroll it is a must have, it gives you a piece of mind I’ve tried other apps and by far its the best out there ,awesome I Highly recommend
