Easy to navigate app
The app is easy to use. I can find info about my account and availability of the resorts.
Love the app
It would be helpful to have the resorts arranged by brands. I don’t like having to go through all Marriott when I am looking for a Westin.
Vistana Apps has some faults
Sometimes you can’t transfer points to Marriott Bonvoy rewards. I have to call to make that transfer. I can’t see my mortgage. This errors is constantly.

Works for what it does
Seems clunky
Been using for the last 5-6 years and while painful have had success using with a lot of patience. What I see—-seems to be a lot of API going on and pulling in from offsite or different applications. Like sucking a watermelon through a straw. Candidly? Marriott you gotta do better! As a publicly traded company and security of utmost this just reeks of amateur… even the MVC app is like macgyver stitched it together with a paper clip, glue and gum wrapper. If gonna do that at least use duct tape. I digress and yes I know I’m snarky however as a Marriott loyalist this is just plain sad.
