Visual SLAM Tool에는 2가지 주요 기능이 있습니다.
1. [Map Creation]: medium scale(크기 0.3m ~ 1.5m)의 공간과 오브젝트를 매핑하고 저장할 수 있습니다. MAXST에서 제공하는 Bounding Box 와 Pin UI를 활용하면 더욱 정확한 3D 맵을 만들 수 있습니다.
- Bounding Box로 매핑 영역을 한정할 수 있습니다. 매핑할 오브젝트에 맞게 박스의 사이즈와 위치를 조정
할 수 있습니다.
- Pin으로 3D 컨텐츠를 증강할 위치를 지정할 수 있습니다.
2. [Map Management]: 생성된 3D 맵 파일들을 관리할 수 있습니다. 이 메뉴에서 핀의 위치를 수정할 수 있고 다양한 방법으로 파일을 공유할 수 있습니다.
Unity 3D를 활용하여 생성된 오브젝트나 공간의 맵 파일 위에 3D 컨텐츠를 배치할 수 있습니다.
