VisualRuler helps with measuring sizes of objects based on a reference card sized object (travel card, credit card, library card etc.) using computer vision techniques.
HOW TO USE:
1) Take a picture of a reference card with an object to be measured.
2) Let the VisualRuler detect the reference card.
3) Adjust by moving corners of the reference rectangle to fit the reference card.
4) Add lines or rectangles fitting the measured object.
5) Save the picture of your measurements.
PRIVACY:
VisualRuler does not track any user activities or do not store pictures you took. What happens on your phone stays in your phone.

Не работает. Делаешь фотографию- иногда находит карту, иногда приходится указывать её вручную, иногда путает карту с объектом, а дальше - ничего. Как добавить измерения - не понятно. Сверху кнопка назад, боковое меню и больше ничего.
It doesn't work
The app doesn't work correctly, I can't do anything except moving the angles of triangle, I can't also change the numbers of size
Задумка интересная, но...
Но надо вручную определять границы эталонной пластиковой карточки и потом очерчивать второй объект. Разработчик мог бы взять на вооружение способности программ для сканирования документов (под ios), которые сами определяют границы объектов. В общем, для баловства. Удалил через пять минут

Ничего непонятно.
Кредитку измеряет все точно, но потом нужный предмет невозможно измерить, захват уже другого масштаба. А потом камера клинит и в книжной ориентации начинает работать альбомная, и наоборот. Удаляю.

Total ripoff
It always shows the exact same size, no matter how really big is the object

Should be more useful if the app can automatically locate the card and attach the box(the given one).

Although it is not working perfectly at the moment, I am giving it 5 stars for the innovative idea and hoping for the updates for improvement!
