Collecting your activity data
If you link Apple Health to the Vitality Member App, step data will be automatically sent to Vitality every 2 hours. Workouts and mindfulness activity data will be sent once the activity has been completed. Other connected devices (such as Garmin) will send activity data once the activity has been completed.
Important Information
You need to be a Vitality member to use this app.
Log into the app using your Member Zone username and password. If you don’t have a Member Zone account yet, register on the app using your Vitality membership number.

Is Vitality UK free?
Yes, Vitality UK is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Vitality UK legit?
⚠️ The Vitality UK app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The app doesn't work properly. Points don't sync in a reliable way. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. All other apps that read this data don't have a problem. If they don't sync you have to go through the annoying process of contacting Vitality. Don't go with Vitality, use BUPA and buy yourself and Apple watch. Save your sanity
Very unreliable and barely any functionality
Tried to fill in the health review because seemingly the app is useless if you don’t do it. First time I briefly closed the app and all progress was lost. So I started again. At the very end it tells you that the form timed out, so wasted another 15min. Won‘t try again, so no point in the app really.

The app takes beyond 3/4 days when abroad. Then you have to ask for your points to be added. Such a waste of time. Please fix this problem would be very useful
Poor
Poorly designed app.
There’s always a delay with the data syncing e.g. the steps/workouts can sometimes take days to show up on the statement and I have sometimes experienced missing out on rewards due to this.
More frequently I have been having issues just trying to open the app. I can’t even log in.
I find it easier to check the Vitality on my watch to see how many steps/activity points I am that day and try to sign in on the app before Sunday in hopes I don’t miss out on any rewards.
The app does need improving but when it does work it is pretty easy to navigate.
Never works
Never able to login to the app rendering it useless. All the times it has worked it never gets your points correct meaning you always have to pay the higher premiums. Funny that! All in all I think that the whole points system is a scam!

Probably the worst app on the App Store, constantly doesn’t load, doesn’t update, points missing, I’m amazed it’s allowed even on the store
Start again from scratch
OK, the insurance and perks seem fine. But the app? Burn it down and start again would be my advice. Constant relogins, frequent other login issues, very frequent missing points, awkward issue reporting process, slow and confusing navigation. I'd guess with all these issues must be costing a ton to maintain also.
Dreadful
This is the worst app on my phone. And the helpline is even more appalling. Data doesn’t sync it has to be completely shut down and refreshed constantly. And trying to get help is a joke! I’ve just spent 75 minutes of my life waiting for a reply! Losing the will to live I’ve given up. Don’t think you will get the rewards you expect because you won’t because the app is so rubbish.
