This app is much easier to use than multiple other apps I have tried to track my vitamins. Simplicity is one of the major factors for my busy life. As medical doctor I can say this is one of the best on Apple Store. Ability to use my Apple Watch is another big plus.
I chose this app because it's one of the few on the Mac App Store that's verified to run smoothly on a Mac, unlike many others. With its impressive ratings on the iPhone App Store, I knew I had to check it out. Since using it, I’ve been impressed! It runs flawlessly on my Mac, and syncs effortlessly with my iPhone and iPad, pulling data from Apple Health. The app's intuitive interface and real-time updates make tracking my vitamins easy and effective. 💪 For anyone looking for a reliable vitamin tracking app, this is a must-have. Download it now and take control of your health! 💪
There’s better apps available.
Many vitamins I take 7 days a week and the app keeps changing the days seemingly randomly each week. One week it will be Thursday another week it Will be Wednesday. The Scheduling issue is quite inconvenient for my purposes.
It has so many vitamins listed and which foods have what vitamins and it has it on a graph so you can see how much of your daily value it is. It has the minimum amount of the vitamin you need and some of them have a maximum that you shouldn’t exceed it has benefits of all the vitamins and even what study’s showing correlating to the vitamin very great app
The concept of the app is amazing! I was looking for an app that could track my supplement intake (since MyFitnessPal doesn’t) and work with Apple Health. And this does. However, the app itself is not the most user friendly. Instead of scanning a barcode to find items, you have to enter each individually & naming them is odd as you can’t just enter the full name. Also, I wish it had an Apple Health type of tracking system, where it reminds you to take them and easily allows you to check it off. It’s just in that awkward developmental phase, but with tweaks to make it easier to use & navigate, this will be a great app. Update 07/03/24 - why am I paying for a ‘premium’ version when it doesn’t actually track what I’m taking? I enter that I took a supplement, but it still says that my last entry was yesterday.
After adding app I found I had to return to the App Store to get the free trial which I did initiate. I restarted my phone but could not get the full features. What do I need to do to get the full features on the trial version?
It’s basic and easy to use. I’ve read some of the other reviews and yes, I would be nice to “scan” barcodes or type in numbers instead of using the (+/-) but those things don’t bother me at all since the app is free! I would, however, like to see more vitamins/minerals/nutrients available to track such as betaine anhydrous, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), Inositol, Choline, CoQ10 (Ubiquinone), probiotics, Lutein, etc. I know you guys are small and want to keep the integrity at the fore front (I appreciate that) so I know it’ll take time. Thank you for this app!
