The aap will give you info of the very basic supplements but lacks a lot.
I will say they have a lot of basic vitamins but several intake they don’t have. Very disappointing
This app is handy and fulfills the vital need for a quick review of nutrients and their functions. I never make reviews but we hope that a positive review will enable a continual update of the information provided in this developers apps. Another great one would be toxins and carcinogens that are know additives in foods… and or clothing cookware and household products and cleaning products… see EWG org for info… they have a dirty dozen list of foods fro example… however this probably might be tricky due to politics… but it would be so very beneficial to the lay person… thank you!
This has good information. But it could be better. By cross referencing any word in the description. If there is a mention of a condition in the information being able to bring up everything related to it. That would be very valuable and make this app much better.
Love this app, so useful and informative on all the vital nutrients and how they affect the body and interact with other nutrients, medications and herbs
PROMISING APP: Very informative and could be VERY, VERY helpful to medical professionals such as myself, however, I do not feel comfortable relying on or sharing this information because of 2 things: 1). I’m not able to identify or locate the sources from which you gathered your data/information. And: 2). I cannot identify how current the information is. Can the developer(s), please add in/cite their sources at the bottom of each supplement page? And please notate the time all areas of the app were updated, thereby revealing how current the posted information is? 👍🏼
I’ve only read a couple of sections so far and there are serious issues
But not for me. Looking to enter my food and see what vitamins and minerals I ate for the day.
I am studying naturopathic medicine and this application does not contain all the truth, almost all vitamins and minerals say that there is not enough evidence to treat a disease, oh yes of course there is and cure but this app is not saying the truth only cause confusion between people who like the natural and take vitamins and supplements. This app needs more information and to be developed by a reputable naturopathic physician so for me I give this application only one star
