The worst company
A month ago this company lost my and other people's baggage in Mexico. I've been trying to contact this company for about 2 weeks. I called and spent almost 1 hour talking and giving details about my baggage (yes it's funny). They created a report and promised to call back in a day. No call. Calls from my country are very expensive, I can't call every day, I send email, but they don't reply. I've already spent 100$ for a call and now I'm trying to reach them by mail. I wonder if anyone from this company can take this resposibility and resolve my problem...

depositas dinero en viva cash, pero no los reflejan. ¡Ahora no hay dinero, no hay boletos de avión! ¡Nuestras solicitudes son completamente ignoradas! No recomiendo a nadie que se ocupe de ellos!!!
