VIVA Chicken APP

Ordered Steak Saltado at Huntersville store with added Chicken option, which I have to pay more for this option, picked up and came home to find out that there weren’t steak but instead just chicken. Due to complication of this order, I believe there are much improvement for this APP to be very clear of what customer orders to the restaurant.

I eat a lot here and suddey all points are gone since I can no longer logon for some reason. My email can also no longer be recognized so cant even recover password. And when i try to create a new user, it wouldn't let me since my 'phone' is in use - weird !! Seems they don't want frequent customers to rack up points !

We’ve eaten Viva Chicken quite often…and this time it just wasn’t good. The chicken was dry and flavorless….the plantains were not ripe at all…these were green plantains…dry and hard…the fried yuca where rubbery. The only good thing on my plate was the sauce and the rice. Not sure what’s up, but I hope this isn’t representative of what your food is going to be like from now on.

My husband and I are SoOoOoOo happy to have Viva Peruvian Chicken Restaurant in our neighborhood on Woodruff Road! We haven't had fried chicken in two years! ALL of the items on their menu are FRESH and cooked to perfection! Being introduced to a new place & food offering makes us want to visit Peru! The Chicken is ALWAYS good! I don't know their process but it's the HEALTIEST, most delicious restaurant food we've ever had! And my husband and I are in our 80s!!!!!! We LOVE it!

I love Viva Chicken! Their app needs some work, though. I’ve made my account previously, but am unable to sign in or create a new account. I placed an order today and the order was never received by the store. We had to show the email of our order confirmation and the store had to re-enter the order by hand. Then we had to wait for them to make the order. Completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. There was no form of compensation offered for the mess up or having to wait on the order.

I love everything about Viva, starting with the chicken, of course. It's alway tender and hot, and the seasoning is so flavorful! The sides are marvelous, and I look forward to trying all of them. It's worth the 40 minute drive to come here because I know I will get an excellent meal. I'd come every day if I could. I enjoy the app. It took me a couple times to figure out that I need to scroll down to add my second side. I can add more items to my order (like a whole bottle of the green Huacatay sauce) by going back into the app to a different category.

If my husband agreed, I'd eat Viva meals EVERY DAY! Unbelievably delicious, healthy and very tasty! The Avacado, Corn salad, Peruvian Rice...OMG... I'm hungry for Viva Peruvian Chicken NOW! We've never had a bad meal from our location on Woodruff Rd in South Carolina! Not sure if we've even had one that we questioned! Staff are friendly and FAST! If they say your meal will be ready at 3:00 o'clock it's ready at 2:58 p.m. I can't say enough good things about VIVA Peruvian Chicken! Thanks for this opportunity! Try those Plantains! You'll never get anything else!

Hate this app. The old viva chicken app was much better. Not user friendly. You are required to opt into email to even create account. Sorry the company spent money to create worse user experience.

You can never go wrong with Viva Chicken. Quality food and good service. What more could you ask for. The quality of food is outstanding for the price.

When attempting to order two different sides, the process is impossible. You select one, then it tells you to order the second, and you “add item,” but only one side is selected. No matter what I try, I can’t get it to select two different sides.
