Please add support for Tap to Pay without an external card reader in Greece as soon as possible when it it available from Apple!
Phishing emails
The moment I downloaded the app viva sent me an email that I asked to change my email address and then phishing emails appeared. Please explain this. I didn’t do anything else.

Από τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες που είχα πότε με εταιρία! Διαφημίζεστε για τις εύκολες συναλλαγές σας, tap to pay, αλλά μόνο εύκολο δεν είναι. Προσπαθώ να βγάλω άκρη, ένα tutorial στο YouTube δεν υπάρχει! Προσπαθώ στο chat και το μόνο που βρίσκω είναι το AI chatbot. Προσπαθώ να πάρω τηλέφωνο, ούτε ένας άνθρωπος. Είναι κρίμα γιατί το UI της εφαρμογής είναι πολύ ωραίο. Όμως δεν αρκεί. Τόσο δύσκολο είναι πια να κάνετε αυτό το tap to pay? Πρέπει δηλαδή να πάρουμε card reader, μπαταρίες και φορτιστές και δεν ξέρω εγώ τι άλλο;

Πότε θα ενεργοποιηθεί η υπηρεσία ώστε να πληρωνόμαστε απευθείας στο iphone??
Διασύνδεση με ταμειακή
Κάνω update στην εφαρμογή και ακόμα γράφει προς αναβάθμιση στην ΑΑΔΕ. Καμία ενημέρωση από τη viva. Προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους και δε μπορώ. Μόνο αυτοματοποιημένα μηνύματα. Περίμενα περισσότερο επαγγελματισμό
Χάσιμο χρόνου
Κρίμα έστω και τα 5 λεπτά που αφιέρωσες καλά κάνω και δεν έχω εμπιστοσύνη στην viva

Πεταμένα λεφτά
Μετά από άπειρες δοκιμές δεν συνδέεται με τίποτα το mini card reader. Δεν δούλεψε ποτε
