The app has a very low quality videos the horror genre was only from thrill channel they dont even offer a high definition quality. And i thought in this app we can also play the movies from viva one. If i only knew then i would’ve opt for viva one. My payment was a total loss for me.
Im located in Saudi Arabia, at first I was able to subscribe and access the app. But last November after I paid the subscription it just became inaccessible and keeps on getting message that this is not available in our region. Discontinuing it without even informing the subscribers or should have return the payment.

I wish that the app works like in pc where there is an option between vivamax one and vivamax. I will not recommend subscribing in this application if you are in middle east and you do not have a pc. It is just a waste of money.

I can't log in my account in our google tv I tried to uninstall then install again but its the same it can't log in in our google tv, I just subscribe for me and for my husband account both account can't log in, hope u can fix this scenario
The app just logged itself out on google TV. Cannot log in again even if i re-install the app. Not worth the subscription.👎🏼
