Low impact
It is perfect for me to start out doing.I have a lot of leg cramping that is getting worse. I am hoping doing these exercises will help get me stretched out, and help with the cramping. Thank you for these exercises. Gina

This was the best rehab for me once my Orthopedic Doctor Prescription for me to bounce back active!!
It could be good
I would like to continue using your app, but there are some problems. The app and the fitness band, while paired, are not showing the same data. For example, the band says I walked 6.50 miles today, but when I paired it, it recorded 6.47. Or my blood pressure reading on the band said 114/64, but the app says 131/85. Also, the app will show when I went to sleep and when I awoke, but it shows a completely blank bar graph so I can’t track my hourly sleeping habits. Please address these issues so I can continue using your product.

The app functions okay but for rehab exercises definitely see a physical therapist instead of trying this app or you could hurt yourself.
Good thought but....
I purchased the knee ice wrap and found this app included. I had knee surgery and was excited to see what rehab exercises were recommended. Unfortunately the app constantly freezes at the 1:33 mark and I’m unable to see any exercises. Would have liked to see what was included. I’ll be deleting the app because it has rendered itself useless.
Vive Fit
The Vive fit app works decently but has issues with staying connected to the watch. It will not keep my setting for Fahrenheit and Celsius so I have to go n the setting and change it every time I access the app. Also the app support link does not work.
Super helpful!!!!
Has more than enough videos!!! Might make just drop my gym and only use this
