2）查看手表支持的所有类型运动记录。
3）记录每天的睡眠情况，深睡、浅睡、快速眼动、清醒时间，并为您的睡眠状态评分。
4）如果您愿意，可以记录您24小时的心率变化，让您对每日的身体状况了如指掌。
HealthKit：
支持Apple「健康」应用，授权后可以在「健康」应用查看您的数据，目前支持传输的数据有：步数、活动能量、身高、体重、睡眠和心率等。
