The re-designed and easy-to-use interface allows users to monitor live video from hundreds of cameras within their fingers. The user may access cameras managed by VAST (central & video management software), VIVOTEK NVR, or make direct connections to individual cameras via IP address or LAN search. The iViewer also allows access to two way audio for camera, PTZ and PiP screen control, fisheye dewarp, snapshot and the capability to playback recorded video from VIVOTEK VAST, NVR or to play from camera's SD card with supported models.

Dear Vivotek,
With this new i viewer I am having a problem with my "Ip7135" cameras. All other cameras load instantly but those cameras need to be tapped on directly and I have to wait 5 mins for a connection to open up to view the camera. This happens whenever I close and open the up.
Other models work perfectly and with the previous iviewer software I can easily see all cameras including "ip7135"
I am scared you will discontinue the older software and the new one won't handle the older cameras. My server is the St7501.
Summary
1. Old cameras don't connect but all new cameras connect instant.
2. Previous iviewer I still use works with all camera versions instantly.
Any ideas?
App crashes
Update:
App still immediately crashing on iOS 17.1.1 after last app update on 11-30-23. This really needs to not happen.
If you need an app that crashes only, this is the app for you.

This app was working on IOS 14.5 but after the update the cameras won’t load
Does not work on iPhone
I was viewing the rooms I need to. It crashed, I even uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. I have the latest updates on my iPhone operating system. I’m paying extra to see and all I get is black screens.
Vivotek, iviewer App
Grat app.

This update of the app broke the connection and now the camera can't be displayed

Now crashes as soon as it opens. Rendered useless.
Reliable & Simple(ish)
Moved to Vivotek cameras after using GW security. iViewer platform has been very reliable and works great with 360 degree fisheye cameras (select from 3 camera view types on iPhone/iPad or up to 8 view types for a single 360 camera logged in via desktop software (VAST).
Most important aspect that will keep me coming back for Vivotek equipment- customer service. This is my first experience with Vivotek and when I ran into trouble, had just a simple question related to the app, or even a had a very specific technical installation/compatibility inquiry- Greg in customer service would always find an answer and he would do so very quickly.
Great customer support, good products and so far the software/apps have been seamless.

I have this app and all I see is black. I have it on IPhone and IPad and I can’t see a thing. We got it to watch our dog at dog day care. I’m sure it’s an operator error. Could someone help me?
