Booked the cab, the money was taken. The driver circled around for 10 minutes and when I tried to cancel the booking I got back a generic error message. Please avoid this scam.

I tried to used once and after the wait it just did not work and now is says that I have to pay 7 cents to reactivate my account,which is very suspicious.

Fake cars, fake drivers, they take your money and nothing happens. Do not bite!

Capitol one has marked this “company” for fraudulent activity and are looking more into the charges and service of their investigation . Once you try using this “service” they charge your card and transaction is left continuously pending wether you took the “rides” or not ,for weeks now. I suspect the rides you see on the app are test simulation car icons and not actual real drivers. The “drivers” are not real as they “disappear” when you request a ride and leave you finding another driver in the app but it never does. It’s likely a fake and fraudulent as capitol one has mention while doing their investigation . There’s also no info on this company anywhere except here and their fake instagram page. Take this warning serious.

The app does work at all. I go and find a ride and purchase the ride. But the money never gets taken from my account and no one ever contacts me. Nothing happens in the app when I do purchase something it just resets to the where you select your location etc etc. and they also never ever answer the phone. It just rings forever.

I’ve tried to order rides many times, and it never works/goes through. Super frustrating and always end up having to use Uber and pay more. I’ve tried to call but have to wait on hold for so long.

The service is terrible, the car never arrives or there is none available. It wastes your time and money.
