Barely ever works. Just spins and spins when you try to do anything

This is app is so annoying and not very user friendly. You have to change your password every time you login, and even then you’re unable to gain access. There’s no online chat or support to assist you. It’s very glitchy and impractical.

Modernize the app this is too old its 2024

The app stop working I am not able to do online transfer anymore I am not able to set my Face ID

Needs Face ID. It’s very cumbersome to the point I don’t even want to bank here anymore

The app needs more frequent updates to help enhance the service being provided and adding new features. Secondly, each time I try to do a bill payment it just spins until it kicks me out, just useless. Please add the Face ID feature to ease the login process and make the experience smoother.

There is always an issue with this app. Idk why have an application if it won't allow you to use it.

First off great job on the application it’s the most comprehensive mobile banking solution I’ve seen so far in Jamaica with respect to functionalities I only have one issue, that’s regarding the background image. If that could be a solid color that would be great, to me it seems way too feminine Other than that it’s fine though

Simple & Smooth. I’ve been waiting for this app for ages. Touch ID can sometimes be a bit laggy but I’m sure that will get better with time 👍

Wish I could give zero star. Every month I have a login problem, I am tired of resetting my password
