The app has been a complete disaster. I am still not able start it well. It allows me to sign in but no to sign in in my planner. I could not control the my CE through the app. I expend an incredible amount of time rebooting and changing passwords thinking could be that . My level of frustration is infinite . I had been attending to this conference since 2000 and this year the connection with the app and the logistic has been out of control. I hope this can be a good call to review procedures in future events . Thanks

Typical VMX experience
The only way I can get anything to work is by going to change my password and then logging in (without changing my password) that gets me to a screen with a fraction of the options of the Home Screen (that won’t let me log in with the same username and password above). It’s what I’ve come to expect of VMX conferences… that, and reselling my information to everyone such that my mailbox and email inbox will be filled with irrelevant garbage for the next year. At least the location provides other opportunities to those with kids.
Doesn’t work
I loaded this app weeks ago but when I actually went to use it there were bugs. Deleted an reloaded it multiple times….now its just frozen on home screen. Turned phone off and reloaded…nothing. Might be great if it worked…
Whole system is buggy
This is not just an issue with the app but the entire virtual set up. It has been riddled with bugs, system is currently down and no is available to provide support. I used this system 2 years ago with less issues. I’m screaming into the virtual void because I’m wasting my time and money with garbage and I have no other way to vent my frustration.
Late and bad
Downloaded the app a few months ago. Only had the 2022 info. Facebook page indicated that the app is up and running. Said delete and add back. Will not come up until CC info is added, then says CC info is already entered, but unable to add app. Terrible for this close to meeting.
Old App
This is supposed to be the 2023 App but it is still loading the 2022 information.
No experience possible with it…
App never able to initiate; instant crash after asking to allow notifications. Frustrating to say the least. All attempts to fix it failed. Seems unfair but oh well.
Stuck 2021
I tried updating/ registering under 2022 but it only display 2021 info …
