I used to LOVE this app and used it all the time. Unfortunately, a recent unexplained glitch has ruined the way videos look after they’re exported. I’m not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but it’s made the app completely unusable. It’s such a shame because I used VN all the time and now I have to find a new video editing app.
Vn had so many features while also being free! They tons of special affects, and was not complicated in the slightest bit. Would recommend!
I think it’s really good and I use it all the time but I would like to see a text to speech option
I love this app, especially because it is free and has so many amazing free features. As a professional editor, this app is awesome to have on my phone for on the go and fixing clips in post production.
This app is by far underrated. I’ve figured out how to use this app for powerful content creating. With Keynote and VN Editor. You can start an animation company.
Free with no watermark option is great. It runs pretty smooth but once you get really deep into timing with beats, it gets super glitchy. I don’t know if what I put together is going to come out the way it shows when you preview. This needs to be looked at. I’m working on an iPhone 14 Pro Max, I shouldn’t be running into these issues. Also, it takes up a ridiculous amount of memory to have projects in the app whereas “another” app that would outshine this if the pro features were free, does not seem to have this issue. Maybe it converts those to smaller files and when it loads up the project, it unpacks the project you’re working on? Idk. I really want this one to be as good at least.
I edit a video to half its original length, let’s say a 20 minute video down to 10. Originally around 200 mb. When I export the file it’s now well over 400 mb for no reason. Even with lower video quality and bit rate the file is still huge. Makes this app pointless.
It takes forever to download
I have only used FCP on my Mac for video editing. I wanted something similar for iPad for shorter/simpler projects. This happened to be the perfect solution!! I was shocked at all the features that were available and the ease of use.
