Shows “not connected”- App and Hardware not in sync
Set up the first time in 2019 was shaky. When I moved it and updated to a Eero Mesh, I was able to reset and re-connect it. However, my app still shows that the unit is connected to my old network (unplugged and inactive) and refuses to update the Vobot clock’s firmware. I know the Vobot is genuinely connected and the set up with Alexa is verified. For some reason, the App itself is holding residual information from the prior settings and will not update the clock’s FW
