Need To Fix
Just purchase on trial to see if all works ,it extracted one song at first no longer than under 2 minutes ,which was good for instrumental and plain vocals but when came to download it,nothing downloaded. So tried again with 5 more songs and waited over 5 minutes each with not even getting to extract the song. So something not right in how long you have to wait for it to extract the song and definitely not working once a song is ready for download,never working to download the song. Now trying to give the app the benefit of the doubt,but could find where to email app maker to see what can be done to fix this situation before canceling the year subscription from trail period of 3 days . So Will wait to see if contacted about situation before canceling. Hoping all be fix by then in 1 day for can write positive review that it all will be working right. Please add an email for customers can reach out to your Incase any others go through these types of situations. Thank you.
