Ce site est une arnaque attention !! J ai commandé des vêtements sur cette aplis. Lorsque je les ai reçu j ai vu qu ils n étaient pas du tout conforme à la description j ai donc demandé un renvoie. Voggt ne m a jamais répondu et a supprimé mon compte pour pas que je continue a forcer pour me faire rembourser. J ai donc perdu 106 euros en tout. N installez pas ce cette applis là plus part des vendeurs sont des escrocs.

L’application en elle même est pas mal les équipes assez réactive cependant les remboursement de non livraison ne sont pas acceptés par certains vendeurs je ne vous recommande donc pas cette applis allez sur une autre !
Une honte
J’ai passé deux commandes que j’ai payé mais je n’ai jamais rien reçu… le suivi des commandes est erroné. J’ai échangé avec les vendeurs qui me disent que le problème n’est pas de leur côté et la plate-forme Voggt ne m’a jamais aidé à résoudre le problème.

Il n’y a absolument aucun service client ! J’ai reçu des contrefaçons et surtout très usés ! Jamais 1 seule réponse du service client. Très mauvaise expérience.

2 mois que je cours pour essayer de me faire rembourser pour un produit défectueux ! Aucune reponse en 2 mois ! Pire SAV que j’ai vu de ma vie !

Je ne peux pas mettre moins car j’adorerais cette application, mais malheureusement ils ont décidé de retirer les catégories vêtements/chaussures. Bonne continuation à vous.
