I have bought at least 4 issues of Vogue Knitting and darn if I can ever find the app or the issues. Very dissappointed!
On the whole, an attractive app, but it works by enabling you to buy issues of the Vogue magazines and books. These do not download easily when bought and when downloaded, some of them cannot be opened at all. They're not extremely expensive, but still when one buys something, it would be nice to be able to access it...!
Hello, Is there a folder to access purchased issues? I do not see it available in the app. and prompted to swift to the entire collection to find my items. Awful app I regret I tried

Zero support. I made the mistake of renewing my digital subscription of several years with a combo print/digital subscription. I lost all those years of back issues on digital - the app says I’m not subscribed. Contacted support and was told to reset password. Didn’t help. Recontacted support and crickets….waste of money. Just get the print version, if you want it. I’m no longer a fan.
I thought that Vogue would be a trustworthy vendor. However they have stolen all of my magazine content and books that I purchased. After calling customer service they told me they do not know anything about the digital platforms. Apple this app should be removed from the App Store. And I would love it if you would take responsibility for seeing that my purchased content was returned or my money returned.
I’ve paid for VK Knitting for years and years, and attempts to access my back issues with tech support of been utterly unsuccessful. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Can’t get the PDF to open in last/current issue
Credentials from publisher aren’t recognized, and publisher points to app creator, who just closes tickets (looking at you, Vikas). When pressed, tech support says to contact publisher, who immediately replies instructing to contact tech. I’ve had subscriptions to VK for 20+ years, and reactivated for app access. The $40 (or whatever the 2-year subscription fee ) is the last VK will ever get from me based on the fact that evidently they lie now. It’s impressive they’re doing so well publishing paper that they’re able to disregard customers.
