Voice isn’t working and pro access isn’t working

The voice isn’t working, after recording I can’t hear nothing also why did I pay for pro access and my limit words is still 250? This looks like a fraud I will request for a refund and delete your app

I need help on the payment method to pro.

Thanks so much for this wonderful app. Please, I tried to pay for the pro, but it did not work which my payment method was my ATM card. The expiration date of my card was between 2024 to 2044 that is 01/27 But when I completed imputing the details of my card, the system reject saying that my card has an old date which is not so. I need help on how to activate my pro and pay for it thanks
