Crappy system - I paid for $2.99 upgrade did not take

I have several interviews and recordings that I need to transcribe- and I’ve first few seconds come thru, but then suddenly there’s no further audio. This is absolutely unacceptable I am on deadline I have to complete these. There is money involved that I may lose if this is not corrected. I need you to fix this Additionally, I paid $2.99 for an upgrade, and it did not happen I feel as if I’ve been scammed. FIX THIS THANK YOU!!😡
