VoxRec is a voice recorder (dictaphone) with a built-in speech to text service. It uses state of the art AI to convert your voice memos into written text.

Dictate and transcribe your voice memos into text instantly with real-time live transcription or record your meetings and have your transcripts emailed to your inbox automatically.

VoxRec app is designed to automate your workflows, with accurate transcription, backups of your recordings and transcripts into your private cloud (iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive).

Transcribe voice memos imported from other apps, including voice messages from your favourite messaging apps.

Bookmark important moments during meetings or create a time reference using the '#' symbol (i.e. #9:41)

With iOS15 widgets, your memos are automatically organised by their location – have your off-site meeting memos always handy for review.

No good on accents

Good if you speak queens English as soon as someone speaks in an accent it falls down. …thanks for the request to update my review, but I see no reason to. I will update my review when you improve your app. ;)

Transformational

Really getting a lot out of this app. Using it mainly to record and transcribe meetings. The accuracy is actually quite scary, and I find it allows me to focus more on the meeting knowing I will have a full transcript to refer back to. Really recommend it.

My go to Voice App

I try various Apps and then pick the best of the bunch. This is it. I’m even adding Podcasts and Screencastify audio here to listen back. Excellent. Recommended!

Recording excellent - translation not great - this is more down to people’s accents distorting the translation - but a useful tool

Brilliant

Very good app for speech to text without charging very high fees as its competitors. Definitely way more powerful and the interface is really really good. I have tried all the other apps out there for speech to text, but absolutely nothing comes close to this in terms of features, ease of use and design functionality.

You can only speak in this app, then requests email details again. For transcription, but still won’t allow you, then you need to buy a monthly package. Waste of time. Stay away!!!!!!!! . If it’s got more then 1* reviews it’s Fake reviews!!

Exactly what I needed...

Nice and easy

What a breeze of fresh air , I have been using this app since the testing days and it’s been great , so easy to use , the transcription phase is great ,,,, give it a try and you will not go back to using any others
