There’s a lot of reflections I’d like to share with others, mostly related to work, but it’s always been hard for me to write. Specially getting started. But since I started using Voicepal, I no longer have that problem and have plenty of good first drafts to develop further!
Voicepal is more than just a voice recording app—it's a creative partner that helps users turn fleeting thoughts into meaningful outputs. Whether you're a seasoned writer, an entrepreneur, or someone exploring personal development through journaling, Voicepal offers a practical and efficient solution. Despite minor transcription hiccups, its transformative impact on productivity and creativity makes it a highly recommended tool.
… but prefer to use a different email address. No answer from their supposed “help” after several weeks. How does this differ from just dictating to Apple Notes app? Since I was unable to try it perhaps there is something? Deleted.
I’m usually skeptical with any “AI app”, but this one really works like magic!! Great job Ali!
I wish it was free 🙂 because it seems like I’d love it
I’m a paid user, and a UX researcher for my day job. The concept is fine and the trial was very promising so I paid for a month. However, I started seeing a lot of UX issues. For example, there were lots of things left unexplained (eg. Templatizing and what it entails). That is still relatively fine, given I can figure it out. However, some things can’t be figured out. Specifically, bugs started showing up where I recorded for 10 minutes, but then there was no output. The UI says it’s “processing” but did nothing after 5 minutes. Seems like same basic design heuristics aren’t being followed. The TLDR is the app is still very raw, and lots of usability issues that need to be ironed out before it can be declared an MVP.
I was hoping this app response back in natural language with audio when it’s trying to learn more about the thought I just relayed, more like conversation. It should definitely come with siri shortcuts and widgets for sure. Hoping to see this coming in the subsequent release.
This app is not only intuitive and super easy to use, it was able to analyze my voice within seconds and capture my dictation perfectly with ZERO mistakes! I would DEFINITELY pay money for this app. It’s totally worth it- 100%!
