Cada vez que intento transcribir algún mensaje de voz de whatsapp me dice “error en la transcripción “ y no me ofrece ninguna solución

Me parece un robo que un día antes me haya desinstalado la aplicación y haya quitado la suscripción y de igual así me hayan cobrado algo que no estoy usando, ojalá me devuelvan mi reembolso porque no me parece justo esto.
Cancelar suscripción
Acabo de instalar la aplicación y para ensayar un mensaje de menos de 3 minutos le pidió suscripción. Es interesante, pero he decidido no continuar con la suscripción. En ayuda dice que esta se cancela en appstore pero no veo en donde. Quiero cancelar la suscripción por favor. Está suscripción cambiaré a semanal para evitar el pago que ya no deseo hacer. Puede guiarme para esta cancelación por favor?
