app did not scan anything so the check in could not be done

Better to avoid this airline. But if you have to fly with them, make sure you got a seat. Might get bumped off the flight.. The app looks alright, that’s why it’s still 2 stars.

Terrible app forcing me to pay taxes I don’t need to pay and constantly crashes

First of all you get forced to check in via app. Then you have to scan your passport. This isn’t working at all. The passport ain’t getting recognised and you only have to do this because. There is no way you get enter your passport information manually. When I try to log in, the app tells me, there is no account with my mail address. If I try to register, it says I already have a account. This airline ist trash.

An “unexpected error “ occurred - always. Are you able to fix it??

Couldn’t load my booking in the app but on the website. Problem is you need the app to check in. What’s the point of the app then?

When checking in me and my partner both had the same issue, when clicking confirm information the page would not change. This is very frustrating and meant we had to check in at the airport

I can‘t even load a current booking. I use the same info as on the website where I find my booking right away. What is the point of an App without this?

Cant Login or add any trips. Have to use VPN in order to access any Info.
