Needs improvement

A quite slow and with some bugs to fix….. should have the option for download the game and watch offline…..

Connection issues

why suddenly i can’t watch the app using wifi?? i must use my data then can watch.. pls fix it.. whats the point i subs when this happen..

Great when it works but…

It’s really irritating to get logged out in the middle of watching a match, and a it’s a pain to log back in. Sometimes that doesn’t even work correctly on the first try. This is basic stuff. Sort it out.

Bad experience

Paid for the service, stream cut off half way. Unable to load stream after. What’s the point of paying for this when I can’t even watch the game live. Might as well wait for YouTube upload.

Extremely buggy

Problems staying logged in and you have to restore purchases each time you get on the app in order to play the videos.

I can’t believe you actually fixed the screen rotation!

It shouldn’t have been like that in the first place. But at the very least it has now been fixed!

Nice app

The app has gotten a lot better. On Apple TV, they really should use the native video player controls. Buffering could also be better. I’m on a gigabit fiber connection and sometimes have to exit what I’m watching and go back in to get it to rebuffer. That shouldn’t be necessary.

Not so decent

I can’t watch live telecasts . Pretty frustrating,Guess I’ll missed USA finals

Purposely delayed full match reply

It’s disappointing that VBTV purposely not uploading the full match relay between China and USA Women team. Even Japan’s match that finished 2 hours later already have the full match replay…

Pretty decent

App shows all full length matches but their YouTube has all the highlights from recent matches, but not the app. Would like to have it in one place esp if I’m paying for it. could be better if fast forward button isn’t 30secs, but 10secs instead. 30sec could easily be 2 plays or more and just doesn’t make sense when I’m rewinding to see the last play
