Volmix: Voice Editor & Effects

The app does not even close to the advertisements. I got the 7 day free trial, and then immediately I was charged with additional costs - I had to claim a refund from Apple. I got it. Subscription is cancelled, app is deleted, won’t see each other again.

I have downloaded the app more times, it made me wait a lot.. still didn't work

I have seen your ad on Instagram stating that Volmix app is a “voice translator application using AI technology”. I have downloaded it and paid annual fee. But when I entered the program it turned out that there is no translating option of Volmix app. Your ad has misleaded me and I claim a refund! If you don’t handle my case you won’t leave other choice for me, only to seek legal actions in this case. I sent this message to you by email too.

I have emailed your company 3 times asking you to cancel my subscription and nothing has happened. Please cancel my subscription this is ridiculous and unprofessional.

This “voice effect” app only has two voice options and I have to pay a subscription just to get the whole thing. I see the reason why people download this game and then delete this trash. At least make half of the voice effects available.

Purchased this app because it looked fun and easy! I played with it for about 10 minutes, I picked a song, and it just showed me a circle telling me to start singing!! No music, no lyrics, no que to start! No tutorial on how to use! After recording what i thought was me singing with music, there was no music or words on playback! Unless the app decided the only way to fix my voice was to mute it😅. Either way, wast of time and 49 cents. Will be canceling now!

I canceled and deleted this app the first day of what was supposed to be a “free trial period” , yet I was still charged.

I’ve recently downloaded this app and paid for the subscription. The songs that’s available are not any I like and I’ve reached out via email and haven’t received anything back. If I’m limited to only the songs available, I’m pretty sure I’ll be canceling my subscription soon. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
