Absolutely super App An excellent app that allows you to track progress and motivates you to excel

Amazing App

This is an amazing app that takes everyday workouts that can you can do in a gym and incorporate them anywhere. I have been lifting for about 2-3 months now. This app is also really good to track all of your weight. The only thing that is a con about this app is that you cannot do half of a pound. So if you wanted to do 12.5 pound DB curls, you would have to put in there 13 pounds.

Great app!!

I’ve never been an advocate for apps, or anything really. But, I tell everyone about this app. It’s takes the guess workout of your fitness journey. I like the percentages and tonnage to keep you honest with yourself. It adds that bit of competitiveness with yourself, the only person you should be competing with anyway. It’s the real deal and the whole package. Totally worth the less than $.50 a day.

So far I really enjoy it. Heard good reviews. I would agree. Nice app

Good app but leaves desire

This app has definitely pushed my workouts to the next level while stopping just shy of burnout and too much fatigue. If using with a program where a team or company has a master account, I hope the trainer in charge is really good at it because you have ZERO control on the user side of the app at that point. You’ll find yourself frustrated and wanting to purchase the paid version for yourself. While I really enjoy the app on a daily basis, when they say you have a person at your fingertips I’ve found that not to be true. I’ve gone many days on end without requests being followed up. I’m finding communication with a person extremely difficult for such an expensive app like they say on the website. Good app, the service side needs a lot of work.

One of the BEST!

This is a great app, I have been using it on and off for a few years now. I only give it 4 starts because I wish there was an option to create body weight workouts that incorporated the common calisthenics equipment, basically making a training routine that is for calisthenics athletes that doesn’t use weights but uses dip bars and pull up bars. If they were to add that this app would truly have it all.

LOVLY app

I am just running into an annoying issue that when I’m in the app and the next set starts instead of playing the chime it just permanently lowers the music until I exit the app

Problem with timer alert sounds

FYI the tone to let you know the timer expired is not working. I have checked my device and it is not due to the sound or notification being turned off. Thanks
