Mit VOLTA mobile erstellen Sie Service- und Regierapporte schnell und effektiv direkt auf der Baustelle oder vor Ort beim Kunden.
Folgende Funktionen stehen zur Verfügung:
- Rapportierung der Arbeitszeit
- Rapportierung des Materialverbrauchs (Materialkatalog mit über 200'000 Artikeln)
- Erfassung von Messwerten für Messprotokolle und Sicherheitsnachweise
- Anbindung an die Kundenverwaltung von Volta
- Verknüpfung von weiteren Anhängen mit dem Rapport (Dokumente, Bilder, ...)
- Erfassung der Unterschrift des Kunden
- PDF-Druck des Rapports
Alle Kernfunktionen lassen sich auch offline nutzen und ermöglichen selbst in empfangsschwachen Bereichen ein problemloses Arbeiten.
Mit Abschluss des Rapports werden die Daten zum Hauptprogramm VOLTA übermittelt und stehen umgehend für die Rechnungsstellung zur Verfügung.
VOLTA mobile ist ein Zusatzmodul zur Elektro-Branchensoftware VOLTA und optimiert für Schweizer Elektro-Installationsfirmen.
