Reinstall issue, cannot press resume purchase

Already purchased. It’s great when it running well. But sometimes the App have issue on my iPhone 7 ; cannot running so I deleted it and reinstalled but The button “resume purchase” is too low under button “Continue” it must to be fixed. Please fix it!
